The bed is comfortable.

There’s white particles in the water boiler even after afew times we cleaned it, it make the water cloudy. Also a mouse entered our villa and messed up the rubbish.

It's just outside seminyak, which is nice due to traffic. Spacey appartment/hotel room. Friendly staff, nice view on the pool from the restaurant.

I found it a bit untidy, not so clean.

The Staff at the Restaurant were absolutely amazing.

The Showerhead that didn't work. The Spray Leak outside Bathroom door, dripping manky water onto the only place to walk in and out of Villa (so spraying on me as I walked in and out) - also causing a Black slimey, slippery Paver... I complained on 3rd Day - NOTHING was ever done.

Not bad but lots of room for improvement

The villa was nice & the private pool was clean enough. Hired a moped from reception which was really cheap. The WiFi was good

Shower pressure kept dropping out & smelled when you first put it on. The main pool was filthy with grime on the bottom. Service at the restaurant & room Service was painfully slow even just for a drink we waited 30 minutes for it to arrive

Spacious villa. Nice exterior of the whole complex. Lots of greenery

Needs repair, old furniture, really old plumbing. Kitchen's sink is terrible and unpleasant even to touch. Mould in the bathroom. TV is old too, quality is awful. Staff is slow. Needed to call twice to ask if smb could bring us 2 plates (waited for them more than 40 min). Plates actually looked old and unpleasant too. Too many ants (in comparison to other even cheaper villas). Bath tub looks great on pictures, but in reality - nothing could make us to take it (old rust and mould inside).

There was no shoe for the bathroom. The sign was long on the sign papers too when the checkout was long and the delay was due to the loss of a spoon note I didn't use the hanging. Breakfast was not good

location, configuration, I must say I am impressed bcs it’s really worth it, the price is less expensive and I got great service while staying there, as it was my anniversary occasion and they welcoming us with petals & swan, even brought small pie to the room to congrate us for the anniversary, pool great, room clean enough and big. Breakfast was ok

We stayed here for 4 nights.

We stayed here for 4 nights. 1. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so friendly always helpful and always smiling. Every single one of them. 2. The rooms were very good, the space in the room was awesome but our drains made the room smell so bad and the bathroom shower door wouldnt open properly and the shower floor always overflowed. 3. The location was great and was easy to locate. 4. The staff at the restaurant were helpful as we are gluten and lactose intollerant so they were very patient with our order. 5. The laundry in house was really expensive but we found one just outside the property that did 8kg for $6.20au which is a great price compared to what Grand Kesambi cost. 6. The wifi kept cutting out like once every 20 minutes which was really annoying. 7. In the 5 days that we were there our bedding wasn't changed but the towels were changed and the rooms cleaned daily which was nice. The staff are super amazing and are the reason we stayed another night (5 nights) but they do need to work on the rooms and put more TLC into the rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

Make the rooms smell nice and not mouldy and bad. Fix wifi so it is constant make sure the drains work well

The property was great.

The property was great. Fantastic size villa and pool. Not too far from Seminiyak and Legian.

Some of the staff seemed to have difficulty in understanding what was needed or wanted. But most were great.
